Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Delivery times vary — domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, international within 10–21 business days. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Changes
Need to change or cancel? Reach out within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we can't modify it.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages marked delivered. If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Delays
We're a one-person operation — shipping times may occasionally stretch during high volume. We'll always keep you updated if there's a delay.
